Dissuaded from the desired fixed price regulation with alleged savings potential through personal contribution. Our considerable personal contribution did not reduce the price, which speaks for a poor calculation (due to competence or intentional). Parts of the agreed services were not provided at all and had to be organized by us elsewhere and on our own account. The generous handling of the subsequent accounting promised by the company did not take place. Only the services not actually provided were not billed. There was no response to complaint emails or it took weeks to respond. We have moved a lot and never been so bad! Therefore: hands off!

The move was from Ober-Olm (near Mainz) to Ludwigshafen. In the beginning everything looked great - the company arrived on time and in no time everything was loaded into the car. Although we cleaned up after that, we had to wait an hour for her in the new apartment. And then, they clearly took their time to get everything up to the first floor: two people were sitting downstairs loading the elevator, and another one took the matter from the elevator to the apartment. Four people together (!) Had to carry our changing table. It took almost 10 hours to get everything up there. At the same time we saw that they broke part of our bed and that broke the bed. But when we asked them about it, they said they weren't. When everything was over, we also saw that two cupboards were broken. The movers didn't tell us anything about it, of course. Then came the bill, where we had to pay dearly for overtime. It's a shame, as this company treated everything so unprofessionally, as they gave us a good expression at the beginning. Not to be recommended. Next time, choose an expensive offer with a fixed price.
